The project consists of seven schools in Argao, Cebu, Philippines, and either located along the shoreline, remote area, or mountainous area, thus making it difficult for road access specifically during the rainy season. Table 1, shows the list of all the participants from the schools in Argao which are composed of teachers and students, who would lead the project in their respective schools or community, as this would be a youth-lead project.

 

Table 2, represent the list of all the key personnel such as the teachers, student, and DRRM Coordinator whom attended the training and lead the implementations of the project to their respective hometown. Carcar City, located in the southern part of the province of Cebu. Three schools are located here. Two are in the coastal while the one school was in the mountainous or upland area.

 

Table 3, represent the personnel from the Soil and Water Conservation Foundation Inc. it is composed of six personnel but only four were included under the SWCF-IKI project, and the other personnel were working under the foundation.

 

Table 4, Represents the personnel from the Department of Education, as one of our partners for the implementation of this project. In terms of the implementation of this project, we need to follow formal processes that includes dealing with all the paperwork of the Department of Education, so that we can conduct some trainings or activities together with the teachers and students.

 

Table 5, shows the number of participants for the biodiversity test, participated by ten (10) schools. Each schools have different levels of participants either from grade 7 or 8, while others are part of an organization in schools such as: Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG).
